Return Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
• Perishable and personal care items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@dawnloop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

• Refunds take 5-7 business days after processing.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
